BENT GRASS Managing Member, Steven Griessen has 35 + years of real estate development and construction experience ranging from mid-rise office tower construction to the national roll-out of hundreds of retail and restaurant facilities. Steven has worked as Chief Development Officer (CDO) for a publicly traded retail company and has also enjoyed developing urban infill retail shopping center for his own account. As Owner's Representative, Mr. Griessen is currently engaged in the design and development of multifamily, retail, and restaurant commissary product.
